If you're on a plan with a data allowance (e.g. 10GB), you will have the option to upgrade your plan or top up your data. You will be notified of your approaching limit, and you can manage your plan and top-ups online. If you're on an Unlimited Plan, enjoy worry-free browsing.
Our SIM is an eSIM, which means there is no need for any shipping. eSIMs are the digital equivalent of a regular SIM card. You can install your eSIM on your phone and get connected almost immediately. As soon as you complete the checkout and the subscription is active, we will send you an email with instructions on how to install your new eSIM. Some devices don't support eSIMs. You can check compatibility when you select your plan.
Travel data SIMs do not come with a new number. You will be able to keep your existing number active for calls and texts, and use your new travel SIM for roaming data. This can be managed from the cellular settings on your phone. 'Premium Unlimited' US plans come with a new number, plus unlimited calls, texts and data. You can choose whether to use this new number as your primary or secondary number when you activate your SIM, as most devices support having two SIMs active at the same time. You can also opt to port (transfer) your current number to the new SIM when you sign up.
